⭐️ The plexiglass I provide is of higher quality compared to store bought (ex: Target, Walmart, Amazon, Ikea)

⭐️ Matboards I provide are White Core and Alpha-Cellulose Conservation, aka, high quality that will last for many years.

⭐️ Picture frame is hand cut and assembled by an experienced framer.

⭐️ The picture frame is high quality real wood, NOT plastic, MDF, or cheap store bought frames. (Ex: Target, Walmart, Ikea, etc.)

REMINDER: All plexiglass artworks are commissioned based. These artworks are not official products, but commissioned fan-made works of art. Each artwork is made from scratch; no two finish products will look identical. There will be some slight differences, but I will try my absolute best to keep the final product as consistent as possible! :D

🚨 Returns and Exchanges:

➼ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please be aware that refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. However, contact PeachPug@protonmail.com as soon as possible if you received a wrong/damaged item.

😢 Lost or Undelivered Packages?

➼ Ruh-roh! Please contact PeachPug@protonmail.com if you think your package is lost. It may help if you check with your local post office or maybe ask neighbors to see if your package was sent incorrectly to them. Sometimes the package is either "returned to sender" or waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt where the postal workers were unable to leave the package. These problems are issues with the postal service and not in my control. I’ll try to help, but I only have access to the same information as you.

😢 Order Gets Returned Back?

➼ If the order is returned due to the address being incorrect, your package will be delayed. It will be your responsibility to pay for the return postage for orders that require replacement, refunds, or other purposes not discussed with me. If you choose to get a refund, however, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total original cost.
